A £25 deposit is required to confirm your booking, which will be deducted from your final payment. Please note ALL deposits are NON-refundable. You'll pay your remaining balance on the day by CASH ONLY.

If you are running late please let us know — we have a 15 min grace period. After 20 mins you will be charged a £15 late fee and after 30 mins your appointment will be cancelled and you'll have to reschedule, forfeiting your deposit.

All cancellations should be made 48 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in a £50 fee. No shows will be permanently banned and charged the remaining balance. Appointments cannot be rescheduled for the next month.

All appointments before 10:00 and 5:30 onwards are an extra fee of £20. Please do not book these times if you do not wish to pay this fee.

Your natural hair must be at least 6 inches for any of our services. Please ensure natural hair and bundles are clean, and the wefts of the bundles are not tampered with. Wet or dirty hair will lead to immediate rejection and your appointment will be cancelled.

Please arrive with your hair freshly washed and completely free of oils and products. Anyone who arrives with excessive product in their hair risks being sent home and having their appointment cancelled.

For those getting wigs, please ensure there is no old glue left on your hairline whatsoever before your appointment.

We provide premium hair for all of our services, which we 100% recommend for a seamless and stress-free appointment.

However, if you choose to source your own hair elsewhere, please ensure you are 100% certain about the quality. We do not accept hair from: Amazon, AliExpress, Temu & SHEIN. I do NOT work with synthetic hair.

• For Wigs: Cornrows & Styling are included. For Sew-Ins only cornrows are included — styling must be selected as an add-on.
• All hair that requires customisation must be dropped off at least four days before your appointment. Anything received later than this will incur a £10 late fee. If you post your hair, please use Special Delivery. I am not responsible for any lost packages.
• Ladies with a low hairline are advised to purchase 13×6 frontals or 5×5 / 6×6 closures to avoid disappointment. Cornrows and styling are included in the price; if you arrive with your cornrows already done, the price remains the same.
• For best results, hair should be 120–150 density, have a pre-plucked hairline, lace that is not darker than your skin, and no dye on the lace.
